Citizens Financial Services, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 12.790 million compared to USD 12.243 million a year ago. Net income was USD 5.043 million compared to USD 4.515 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.43 compared to USD 1.28 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 49.940 million compared to USD 47.184 million a year ago. Net income was USD 19.490 million compared to USD 18.034 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 5.54 compared to USD 5.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 5.53 compared to USD 5.09 a year ago.
