SANTA MONICA, Calif, January 5, 2023 - Global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) announced today that it has entered into a theatrical distribution agreement with Canada's Cineplex Pictures for its 2023 theatrical slate. Cineplex Pictures will bring 11 Lionsgate titles to Canadian audiences, including first calendar quarter releases Plane starring Gerard Butler and Mike Colter, Jesus Revolution starring Kelsey Grammer, and the highly anticipated John Wick: Chapter 4 starring Keanu Reeves, the latest installment of one of the world's premier action franchises. Cineplex Pictures will distribute Lionsgate's slate to theatres throughout Canada.

Cineplex Pictures had theatrical rights in Canada for the October release of Prey for the Devil, a Lionsgate and Gold Circle Entertainment production. The 2023 slate includes Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret, About My Father, The Blackening, the untitled Adele Lim comedy, White Bird: A Wonder Story, the follow-up to the global box office phenomenon Wonder, The Expendables 4, the next installment of the billion-dollar box

office Saw franchise and the eagerly-anticipated prequel to the multibillion dollar Hunger Games franchise, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
