CHANGE OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The board of directors (the "Board") of Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Company Limited (the "Company") announces the followings:

RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Mr. Huang Wanan ("Mr. Huang") has resigned as the Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 26 August 2020 due to his decision to pursue his other business commitments.

Mr. Huang has confirmed to the Company that there is no disagreement with the Board or of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company in relation to his resignation.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Huang for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.

APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Upon review and recommendation by the nomination committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Mr. Ye Fei ("Mr. Ye") as the Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 26 August 2020.

Mr. Ye, aged 45, graduated from the Guangdong College of Commerce in 1998 with a bachelor degree in accounting and Jinan University in 2011 with a master degree in accounting. He is also a certified senior accountant in the PRC. Mr. Ye has been working in the finance and management sectors since 1998 and worked successively as the finance manager of Chu Kong Passenger Transport Company Limited and GNG Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd.. Mr. Ye worked as the deputy general manager of finance and management department of Guangdong Province Navigation Group Company Limited from 2014 to 2020. Mr. Ye has more than 22 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

The Board would like to welcome Mr. Ye for joining the Company.
