China Water Affairs Group Limited Announced that With effect from 15 January 2020, Mr. Chan Wai Cheung Admiral has been appointed as independent non-executive director of the Company and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee of the Board. Mr. Chan is an independent non-executive director of Carnival Group International Holdings Limited from December 2014 to April 2019.
