China Resources and Transportation Group Limited provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ended 31 March 2022. The net loss of the group for the year ended 31 March 2022 is expected to increase by more than 100% as compared to the net loss recorded for the year ended 31 March 2021, which is mainly attributable to the significant increase of impairment loss on concession intangible asset and related property, plant and equipment under the expressway operations of the Group, as compared to no impairment loss on concession intangible asset and related property, plant and equipment under the expressway operations was recognized for the year ended 31 March 2021.
