Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Listed on HKEx Main Board, CICC Acts as Sole Sponsor, Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Sole Lead Manager, Sole Settlement Agent and Sole Stabilizing Manager

Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. ('IMEEI' or 'the Company', Ticker: 1649.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on July 18, 2017. The offering size for this IPO deal was about HKD 1.176 Bn and was about HKD 1.255 Bn post-over allotment. IMEEI is the first state-owned enterprise (SOE) in Inner Mongolia to realize the overall listing and the first SOE from Inner Mongolia to complete the listing on HKEx. It was a milestone transaction that represents reform of regional state-owned enterprise in power sector after the offering of CEEC and Power China. The Company is the only listed company that focuses on engineering and construction for new energy and power grid. CICC acted as Sole Sponsor, Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Sole Lead Manager, Sole settlement Agent and Sole Stabilizing Manager in this deal. Including CEEC's H-share IPO and Power China's non-public offering, CICC has been involved in all capital operations for three SOE power engineering and construction industry players in last 20 months.
