XRE Delta Ltd entered into sale and purchase agreement to acquire Union World International Group Holdings Limited from China Eco-Farming Limited for HKD 8 million.

XRE Delta Ltd entered into sale and purchase agreement to acquire Union World International Group Holdings Limited from China Eco-Farming Limited (SEHK:8166) for HKD 8 million on December 30, 2021. The transaction is subject to due diligence. As of February 14, 2022, the long stop date is extended to March 14, 2022.

As of March 14, 2022, the long stop date is extended to April 14, 2022. The net proceeds from the disposal will be approximately HKD 7.9 million and China Eco-Farming Limited intends to use such proceeds as general working capital of the Group.
