Encik Abdul Halim Bin Suri agreed to acquire Quanzhou Fensun Automobile Parts Co., Ltd from China Automobile Parts Holdings Limited (KLSE:CAP) for HKD 1000 on January 27, 2023. The transaction is expected to close in first quarter of 2023.
