As 5,440,000 shares of the Company's treasury stocks were bought back, the
Company's outstanding shares were decreased to 252,000,105 shares.
The dividend payout ratio is adjusted accordingly and the shareholder
meeting held on 2022/6/21 resolved to authorize Chairman to arrange it.
