Chelverton Growth Trust PLC announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase up to 24.99% of the Company's issued share capital. The tender price will be the price per ordinary share which represents 92.5% of the net asset value per ordinary share on the calculation Date.
The offer will expire on February 29, 2016.
