Subject :	Notification of Registration of Capital Increase with the Ministry of Commerce

With reference to the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Year 2022 of Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited ("the Company") held on April 27, 2022, which resolved to approved the increase of the registered capital of the Company for another Baht 522,690,498 from the existing registered capital of Baht 1,066,595,865 to the new registered capital of Baht 1,589,286,363 by issuing 522,690,498 shares at the par value of Baht 1 per share.

The Company has completely registered the capital increase and the amendment to Clause 4 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to reflect the capital increase with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, effective on June 9, 2022.
