MEDIA RELEASE CHARLES VOGHE GROUP: BEATRICE GRUNWALD APPOINTED AS CHIEF PURCHASING OFFICER
Pfaffikon SZ,13 August 2013- The Administrative Board of Charles Vogele Holding AG has appointed Beatrice Grunwald (46} as the new Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO}. In her role as a member of the Group management, she will be responsible far Collection Development, Purchasing, including Supply Chain Management, and Merchandise Management far the Charles Vogele Group from 1 December 2013.
The 46-year old textile and apparel engineer has aver twenty years' experience as a product manager and buyer in vertical retailing. In her current capacity as a member of management, she has been responsible far Purchasing and Procurement at BiBA GmbH in Duisburg (Germany} far the past five years. During her career she has already spent twelve years working in various positions in Purchasing at Charles Vogele_ Beatrice Grunwald is a graduate of Reutlingen University. She follows Dr _ Matthias Freise, Member of the Administrative Board of Charles Vogele Holding AG, who acts as CPO ad interim until the end of September.
