Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:301115) agreed to acquire 55% stake in Hangzhou Southwest Testing Technology Co.,LTD from Yao Wenhong for CNY80.1 million on August 8, 2023. The Company has reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's Acquisition of Partial Equity in Hangzhou Southwest Testing Technology Co., Ltd. Using portion of the Over-raised Funds" during the 2nd meeting of the 5th Directorate and Supervisory Board held on August 8, 2023.
