CH. Karnchang Announces Resignation of Don Pramudwinai as Independent Director and Audit Committee Member

CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Don Pramudwinai an Independent Director and
Audit Committee Member has resigned from the Board and Audit Committee effective from August 29, 2014 due to
additional responsibilities that he is required to assume.
