The Company's product offerings include BluFlow Treatment System, The BluFlow Nanoparticles Advantage, and Benefits of the BluFlow AUT. On December 29, 2011, Ceres Ventures, Inc. completed a reverse merger with BluFlowTM Technologies, Inc. and BluFlowTM Technologies, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceres Ventures, Inc. The Company changed its name to Ceres Ventures, Inc. on November 21, 2011.
