Cepatwawasan Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in a range of businesses including oil palm cultivation, milling, quarrying, the sale of oil palm products and power generation. Its segments include Plantation, Oil Mill and Power Plant. The Plantation segment is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm. The Oil Mill segment is engaged in the milling and sales of oil palm products. The Power Plant segment is engaged in the power generation and sales of biomass by-products. It primarily operates in Sabah, Malaysia, where it holds a landbank of approximately 10,280 hectares. It has invested in renewable energy sources, including the operation of approximately a 12-megawatt biomass power plant and a 4-megawatt biogas power plant in Sandakan, Sabah. It owns an oil mill in Sandakan, with a milling capacity of over 90 metric tons per hour. Its subsidiaries include Cepatwawasan Sdn. Bhd. and Syarikat Melabau Sdn. Bhd.
