The Board of Directors has resolved to perform the capital increase by cash
through the issuance of new shares and the issuance of the 5th domestic
unsecured convertible bonds; the estimated total amount raised shall be
NT$3,000,000 thousand.

the maximum interests of the Company's shareholders, an application is
submitted to the competent authority to cancel the case; the declaration
and issuance shall be made subsequently at appropriate timing.
