Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited Approves Appointment of Roongrote Rangsiyopash as Independent Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited announced that the board of directors meeting held on February 25, 2022 resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Roongrote Rangsiyopash to be the company's Independent Director and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in replacement of the resigned director, effective from February 26, 2022 onwards.
