• EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B), pursuant to the provisions of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission Instruction No. 358 of January 3, 2002, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, as an addition to the relevant fact released by the Company on January 22, 2020, that the Company has priced the notes to be issued in the international market at, respectively: (a) US$500.000.000,00 3,625%Notes due 2025 , and (b) US$750.000.000,00 4,625%Notes due 2030 (collectively, the "Notes"). Closing of the transaction is subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement entered into with the initial purchasers of the transaction.

This announcement does not constitute an offer to sell the Notes, and there should be no sale of the Notes in any state or jurisdiction in which their offering is prohibited, in accordance with the securities laws of that state or jurisdiction, including Brazil. Notes are being issued exclusively to investors in the foreign market and have not been and will not be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, nor offered in Brazil.
