Since Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company"), as the property fund manager of Centara Hotels and Resorts Leasehold Property Fund (the "Property Fund") has arranged for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Unitholders of the Property Fund (Adjourned meeting) via electronic means (E-AGM) on 14 June 2022 at 14.00-16.00 hours, as per the details of invitation letter and related documents which are mail delivered by the Management Company to the unitholders, disclosed on the news dissemination channel of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the Management Company's website; https://ctaraf.thailisted.company/th/document/unitholders-meetingfrom 30 May 2022 onwards.

The Management Company cordially invites the unitholders to attend the meeting as aforementioned by submitting the acceptance for the meeting invitation and related documents to the Property Fund within 10 June 2022 through [e-mail].

In case any unitholder is unable to attend the meeting in person on the afore-mentioned date and time, the Management Company sincerely encourages the unitholder to authorize a person or the fund manager to attend the meeting on his/her behalf, by filling in the details and sign the Proxy Form and related documents and submit such documents to the Property Fund.
