This is to inform the exchange and the public that Cebu Landmasters, Inc. ("CLI" or the "Company") has granted exercise of 3,349,470 CLI shares to beneficiaries/participants under CLI Executive Stock Option Plan sourced from the treasury shares of the Company.
The ESOP was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company during its Special Board meeting held on 6 October 2021.
