CE Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:4320) entered into a contract to acquire 41.89% stake in Micron Inc. on November 8, 2019. As part of the agreement, CE Holdings will acquire 855 shares from Micron shareholders. In a related transaction, CE Holdings will invest in 571 treasury shares of Micron. CE Holdings will acquire a total of 1,426 shares for an acquisition price of ¥128 million and make Micron a consolidated subsidiary. As at year ended September 30, 2019, Micron had net assets of ¥100 million and total assets of ¥1379 million. For the year ended September 30, 2019, Micron had sales of ¥1592 million, operating loss of ¥2 million and net loss of ¥23 million. The Stock transfer execution date is November 29, 2019.

(TSE:4320) entered into an share agreement to acquire 15 shares in Micron Inc. The combined deal value including treasury stock and additional 15 shares is ¥143 million.
