CE Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:4320) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 220,000 shares, representing 1.46% of its share capital, for ¥100 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to improve capital efficiency and shareholder returns. The program will run until June 30, 2020. As of September 30, 2019, the company had 15,106,800 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 2,314 shares in treasury.
