CD Deutsche Eigenheim AG, formerly known as AG Design Bau AG, is a Germany-based company engaged in the real estate industry. The Company's core activity is the project development and realization. It has two operational subsidiaries: DESIGN Bau BV Hamburg GmbH & Co KG, in which it holds a 100%-stake, and CD Deutsche Eigenheim AG, in which it holds a 75%-stake. CD Deutsche Eigenheim AG is engaged in the development of residential properties with focus on Berlin, Hamburg, Koeln and Duesseldorf, as well as Frankfurt and Muenchen, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had indirectly held a 100%-stake in CD Deutsche Eigenheim 1 GmbH & Co KG, CD Deutsche Eigenheim 2 GmbH & Co KG, CD Deutsche Eigenheim Verwaltungs GmbH and DESIGN Bau BV Hamburg Verwaltungs GmbH, as well as a 50%-stake in GEO-NRG GmbH.
