On December 18, 2023, Carnarvon Energy Ltd announced following discussions with its 2 shareholders, Nero Resource Fund and Collins St Asset Management, Russell Delroy and William Barker had been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect. In addition, the Company stated that it will also look for opportunities to monetize non-core assets and speed up development of its promising Dorado project, which it owns with Santos and Taiwanese company CPC Corporation.
