Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL) recently marked the opening of its new banking center in Rockville, Maryland with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Local business leaders, dignitaries and community representatives celebrated with bank officials at the office, located at 1807 Rockville Pike. The ceremonial ribbon cutting included remarks by City of Rockville Mayor Bridget Newton, Montgomery County Councilmember Phil Andrews, Rockville Chamber President Andrea Jolly, and a Congressional Citation from Congressman Chris Van Hollen's office, presented by Karen McManus. To underscore Cardinal’s commitment to local communities and charitable initiatives, the celebration included the presentation of a $2,000 donation check by Cardinal Bank Market Executive Rob Giraldi on behalf of the Cardinal Bank Community Fund to Family Services, Inc., and CEO Thom Harr.
