Caplink Ventures Inc. announced that Jody Bellefleur has resigned as a director of the Company, effective December 31, 2022. The Company announced that Jaclyn Thast, a director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Company's audit committee, in place of Ms. Bellefleur.
