Hoist Finance AB (publ) (OM:HOFI) is in exclusive negotiations to acquire assets held by GetBack S.A. (WSE:GBK). Hoist Finance has submitted an offer to acquire assets held by GetBack at a value in excess of PLN 1 billion. Hoist Finance has been chosen as preferred bidder in sales process and has been granted exclusivity by GetBack.
GetBack has submitted to district court in Wroclaw an updated plan for settlement with its creditors based on co's offer.
