Capital Trust Limited announced a private placement of equity shares for the gross proceeds of INR 500,000,000 on May 28, 2024. The shares will be issued on preferential basis. The transaction will include participation from new investors, Moonlight Equity Private Limited, Prodigee Finance Limited, individual investors, Amit Goel, Komal Saboo.

The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
