The Company has a 100% interest in the Kerrs Gold Property, which consists of over 12 mining leasehold patents located in the Larder Lake Mining Division of Ontario. It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in 87 mineral exploration claims in Butt Township, District of Nipissing in the Province of Ontario.
