Caldera Resources Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious and base metal projects in Canada and globally. The Company’s properties include Lichkvaz-Tey Gold Project and Marjan Gold-Silver Project. Lichkvaz-Tey Gold Project, located in southern Armenia, which belong to the Armenian government. Marjan Gold-Silver Project is located in Armenia, 28 kilometers southwest of the village of Sisian and a six hour drive from the capital, Yerevan. The project area covers approximately 18.5 square kilometers. The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CanBiomine Resources Inc., has a strategic alliance with REBGold Inc., of Toronto, Ontario, to access its bioleaching technology for the recovery of base metals and precious metals from sulphide ores, concentrates and mine wastes.
