BYON Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032980) acquired 50% stake in Anti-Aging Co., Ltd. from Nonaka Hidenori for KRW 1.5 billion on March 28, 2019. BYON acquired 1400 shares. The consideration was made in form of unregistered unguaranteed private convertible bonds. For year ended December 31, 2018, Anti-Aging reported sales of KRW 3 billion and net profit of KRW 235 million. As of December 31, 2018, Anti-Aging reported total assets of KRW 1.6 billion and total capital of KRW 888 million. The Board of Directors of BYON resolved the acquisition on March 28, 2019.
