Bufab AB Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2024

Bufab AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 2,142 million compared to SEK 2,280 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 149 million compared to SEK 205 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 3.94 compared to SEK 5.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 3.92 compared to SEK 5.37 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was SEK 4,292 million compared to SEK 4,666 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 294 million compared to SEK 406 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 7.76 compared to SEK 10.74 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 7.72 compared to SEK 10.62 a year ago.
Bufab AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the supply of fasteners and small parts to industrial segments, and provision of logistics and purchasing services. The Company purchases, develops, manufactures and distributes components such as C-parts, standard fasteners, magnets, magnet systems, and other standard and drawing-specific parts in metal, plastic, rubber, stainless steel, metal powder, wire and fabric.
