BT Group plc announced that given his increase in non-executive responsibilities as Chair of Land Securities Group plc, Sir Ian Cheshire has decided to step down from the Board as a non-executive director at the conclusion of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). He will therefore not be put forward for re-election at the AGM in July, having served on the Board since March 2020.
