European Dividend Growth Fund is a Canada-based company, which is primarily engaged in the financial investment services sector. The Company operates as an investment fund that represents an equal-weight portfolio of equity securities of high capitalization European Dividend Growth Companies. In order to qualify for inclusion in the portfolio, at the time of investment and at the time of each periodic reconstitution and rebalancing, each European Dividend Growth Company comprising the portfolio must be a constituent of the STOXX Europe 600 Index; have a market capitalization of at least 15 billion euro; and have a history of dividend growth or have high potential for future dividend growth.
