Bromat Holdings Ltd, formerly No Signboard Holdings Ltd., is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the management and operation of food and beverage outlets. Its segments are aggregated seafood restaurants, other restaurants, and beer businesses. The Company operates a chain of restaurants under different F&B (food and beverages) brands and concepts, namely No Signboard Seafood, Little Sheep Hot Pot and nosignboard Sheng Jian. The No Signboard Seafood brand is engaged in the restaurant which serves seafood. The Little Sheep Hot Pot brands engaged in the restaurant serve delicacy from the Mongolian grasslands. The nosignboard Sheng Jian brand is engaged in the restaurant serves Northern Chinese Dim Sum and dishes. The Company also owns a beer business which distributes beer brand Draft Denmark in Singapore. The Company’s subsidiaries include Danish Breweries Pte. Ltd., NSB Restaurants Pte. Ltd. Hawker QSR Pte. Ltd.
