Bristol-Myers Squibb has a new CEO, this time a physician who trained in Rome. Dr. Giovanni Caforio, joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2000 as vice-president for medicine sales in Italy and moved up through the executive ranks. Caforio succeeds Lamberto Andreotti, who served as CEO for five years.
