The incorporation of BKR's wholly owned subsidiary denominated as "Brightstar Holdings and Development, Inc." authorized to be created by the company's Board of Directors on 3 March 2022 has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission upon its issuance of the subsidiary's digital Certificate of Incorporation dated 27 May 2022 and which BKR received on the same date.
