In accordance with rule 1001 of the Luxembourg Rules and Regulations, shareholders of the Company are hereby informed that as a result of the ordinary share acquisitions detailed above, Dr Wiese's indirect beneficial shareholding held through Titan and its affiliates has increased from 28.66% to 34.26%.
