US Highland, Inc. (OTCPK:UHLN) entered into an agreement to acquire assets from Supreme Sweets Inc. on June 30, 2018. Under the transaction, US Highland will acquire all the substantial physical assets and intellectual property, with their associated business activity. At the initial closing CAD 0.2 million and 20% interest in US Highland would be given. Supreme Sweets Inc. will deliver disclosure schedules, and will deliver certain additional documents including a non-competition agreement. US Highland, Inc.
