Bona Film Group Co., Ltd. is in the final stages of launching an initial public offering (IPO) on the Shenzhen stock exchange. The company will sell 275 million new shares in an issue backed by China Dragon Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Company Limited (SHSE:600030). The amount of new capital it brings will only be known when the sale price of the shares is disclosed later this week.
The counter is scheduled to start trading on August 9, 2022.
