Steven E. Nell and C. Fred Ball, Jr. elected to retire and not stand for re-election to the BOK Financial Corporation board of directors as of January 31, 2023.

On January 31, 2023, the Board of Directors of BOK Financial Corporation declared a dividend on the company's common stock of 54 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on or about February 28, 2023, to shareholders of record on February 14, 2023.
