            Officers.

On May 13, 2022, Anthony Bruno, a member of the board of directors of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company that he will retire from the board of directors effective immediately following the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled to be held on May 25, 2022. Mr. Bruno has served as a director since 2008.
