Blackbird plc Announces David Main, Non-Executive Director Has Informs That He Will Not Seek Re-Election at the AGM

Blackbird plc at its 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on 19 June 2023, David Main, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that he will not seek re-election at the AGM and as such will cease to be a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.
