Winner Study Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire 15.75% stake in Omni System Co., Ltd. (KOSE: A057540) from BioSmart Co., Ltd. (KOSE: A038460) for KRW 15.6 billion on January 4, 2012. BioSmart will sell 2.83 million shares under the deal. Board of Directors' of BioSmart resolved the transaction on January 4, 2012, and transaction is expected to close on March 23, 2012.

BioSmart Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in credit card business. Its card category includes magnetic stripe cards, integrated circuit (IC) cards, smart cards, combination cards, radio frequency (RF) cards, global systems for mobile communications (GSM) cards and others.
