BINTAI KINDEN CORPORATION Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Proposals dated 28 April 2021, pursuant to the terms of SSA, the conditions precedent of the SSA ('Conditions Precedent') are to be fulfilled within 3 months from the date of the SSA with an automatic extension of an additional 30 days (i.e. up to 25 August 2021) or such further period to be mutually agreed by the parties of the SSA.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bintai and the Vendor, via letter dated 18 August 2021 have mutually agreed to extend the period to fulfil the Conditions Precedent for a period of 3 months up to 24 November 2021.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the SSA.
