DATE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the "Board") of Beijing North Star Company Limited (the "Company") will be held on Tuesday, 29th October, 2019, whereat the Board will, among other matters, consider and approve the third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30th September, 2019 and the relevant announcement.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board of the Company comprises nine Directors, of whom six are executive Directors, namely, Mr. HE Jiang-Chuan, Mr. LI Wei-Dong, Ms. LI Yun, Mr. CHEN De-Qi, Ms. ZHANG Wen-Lei and Mr. GUO Chuan, and three are independent non-executive Directors, namely, Mr. FU Yiu-Man, Mr. DONG An-Sheng and Mr. WU Ge.
