Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech Company Limited (SEHK:8095) entered into the Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire 80% stake in Guangdong Lumen Pioneer Opto Co.,Ltd.for CNY 84.49 million on March 10, 2022. Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech Company Limited (SEHK:8095) also entered into an option agreement to acquire remining 20% stake from Shanghai Shengjin Venture Capital Co., Ltd.. The acquisition will be funded from internal resources.
