The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sustainable Tourism Inc., owns approximately 250 acres of land in West Virginia, subdivided into seven parcels. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon Energy Corporation, owns in excess of 1,000 acres of coal rights in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
