Bastide reports sales of 508 ME for fiscal year 22/23, up 8.5% on the previous year (including 5% organic growth).

At the same time, EBITDA rose by 5.6% to MEUR 101.6, exceeding the symbolic MEUR 100 threshold for the first time, and profit from recurring operations reached MEUR 42.8 (+10%).

Net income from continuing operations rose by +10.8% to ME16.8, after a tax charge of ME6.

Net income group share, however, fell by 12.4% to 12 ME, with discontinued activities generating a net loss of 4 ME, including -4.9 ME linked to the discontinuation of non-strategic service activities backed by the Care Service software offering.

Driven by the dynamism of home healthcare services, organic growth should remain sustained over the 2023-2024 financial year. The Bastide Group therefore confirms its sales target of €540 million on the current scope of consolidation.

Cash flow generation will be primarily allocated to reducing the Group's debt, while the Group remains on the lookout for acquisition opportunities in line with its international development strategy.
